okay first things first, i won a pair of tickets to the premier of valentine's day from nuffnang! okay la the truth is that there are 80 pairs of tickets to be given away and from what i know, only a mere 200+ bloggers submitted their entries so all of us stood a significant chance of winning but the feeling after winning something is so surreal. so overwhelming. partly because of the fact i never won anything from countless contests before so yeah, i was pretty much flabbergasted when i noticed the e-mail nuffnang sent to me (:
on a much more disappointing note, i wont be attending the screening after all. its next to impossible for me to drive all the way up to catch a movie on a weekday. having said that, so much for the winning anyway. *heres my winning entry
january came and went just like my blog traffic inconsistencies. anyway, i spent the last couple of weeks working on a list of things i wanna/will do by the end of the year -also known as new year resolutions- but february came too soon! according to some folks, new year resolutions can only be made by the end of the first month so right now, imma think of this as my chinese new year resolutions instead. err i dont even know if theres such a thing but heck, thats what imma talk about - chinese new year resolutions!
firsty, imma give up smoking completely! its not like im hooked or anything, but as of this moment, im really into it. but trust me, i can go months without it without the slightest complications; emotionally unstable, skin rashes, insomnia etc etc... to me its not an addiction. its not a routine. its not something i have to do, but something i feel like doing/wanna do. its something i do when i meet up with my friends and as we catch up with each other, we smoke. thats all. yes i realize all the logics about it; smoking kills etc and thats why imma stop this unhealthy
secondly, imma wanna work harder on my first resolution and see the end of it myself and hopefully not the end watching over me...
for the complete list, please refer back to resolution #2...thank you very much!
guess what, last 3 weeks itself i've read 4 books! thats a brand new record (eeheeeheee) i guess i really need to thank my sister for having me picked up reading from a very tender age. ever since i was a child, i gave up alot of things of what boys my age usually do; get involve in alley fights, arm wrestling, slingshots, soccer etc etc and instead, i preferred to be left alone in my room with a book and a sandwich. by the age of 13, i know more words than any chinese english-educated boy from my school (not to sound boastful or anything but this is the truth). and that my friend, i have my sister to thank for....
but that came with a price too. a big one. by the age of 14, i began showing symptoms of overweight...
and after 235 words, this is my final resolution - drop 20 pounds by the end of 2010!
last weekend was a week of pure disappointment. i learned that i failed some of my papers. and as disappointed as i gets, the more agitated i felt. soon, it wasnt to long before i made my decision to resit my papers. all in the name of proving them wrong; that i was a straight a's student, im still a straight a's student and i will always be! fuck you if you're seriously considering to think otherwise.
i managed to borrow some notes from my friends and imposed a self-grounded session to myself and imma study study study like cock and imma feel good about it. good luck to me? okay enough of this shit.
just last tuesday, i went back to college and registered for my resit papers. along the way, i bought myself a gift; a bottle of ck fragrance
sorry i cant get a good shot of it using my camera but at the same time i dont wanna to ruin a great bottle of shit with a bad shot so i took this from the web instead. LOL
anyway, cny is really around the corner (like literally) and i am really looking forward for it! cant wait! cant wait!
