Well certainly I don't deny the fact that I use them
I've always wanted an original Zippo lighter, not the pasar malam fake Zippo that you can get for less than RM 10 and to be honest, I do possess a few of those. I bought one from a Kek Lok Si Temple during a recent Penang trip for RM 15 and just recently, the flint wheel decided to just die on me.
Therefore, I decided that I had enough of all the fake ones and finally settle for an original Zippo.
This is my latest toy, a full-chrome body Zippo that I just bought. It's light, scratch-proof and possesses an insanely high reflective index. However, it comes with a few flaws. The most obvious one is that it catches fingerprints easily to the point of annoying, I must add. Next, the flint wheel is tightly secured which in turns hurt my thumb if I flick it too hard. Well, this can be fixed apparently after a few more flicks, the metal pole securing the flint wheel will begin to loosen up and the following flicks will be much much easier. Anyway, other flaws doesn't really bring any significance to me so I don't really give a damn and most importantly right, I'm lovin' it!
"It works or we fix it for free", Zippo ;)
