“A storm’s coming and a series of unfortunate events will soon present itself in a magnitude I can’t even begin to describe”, crapped by Jason, 2009.
Hello hello! Firstly, I'm sorry that I had taken the week off without notice just like that all in the name of laziness and feeling worthless but most importantly, I'm feeling much better now since I’m back on track with my whats-left-of-it life. ;)
With the boringness of my 3 weeks break superimposing my cravings forgood food movies, the past whole week has been a hell of a roller coaster ride for me! The only downside from all of this is that I looked like I somehow managed to maintain my sanity, but au contraire, I dont.
So to cut the whole story short, here’s a pile of blahs that I did over the past few days, or much least, the past whole week :
1. Sandwich 101
Sometime last week, and it's 4.30 am already and out of the blue I felt a sudden urge to eat something, anything! I crawled outta bed searching for something I don't mind not seeing again so I can digest it without hesitation. Snuck into the kitchen thinking that there's somehow somewhat something for me to eat but to my disappointment the fridge was empty (!)

Then I looked around for the other stuffs that could make my night when I eventually did found them. Heh talking about a night crawler ;)
There I went running around the house to gather all the stuffs/ingredients needed to make my night. Firstly ;
some mayo for the squeeky sour taste
and two slices of bread, preferably to be slightly toasted to add to the perfection :)
Funny how when I was little I was not particularly fond of sandwiches. To me, it's somehow the funniest/weirdest/craziest set of meal someone can have. The combination was all the way wrong! How can someone mix bread with eggs and cheese and vege and salads and mayo together (?) It wasn't until my family and I had our picnic session when I was 8 years old. Mom made loads of sandwiches that evening and I had my very first sandwich orgasm. Fell in love with sandwiches ever since ;)
It was dreadful. It was bitter. It was ugly. It was awesome! I had the best day of my life ever since this fucking break started. ;)
2. Jogging spree with dad
Last wednesday was a day of fun, tiring and all around sick but it went extremely well. Dad & I took our time off and went jogging together in the evening all the way past dinner time in which in turn made mom furious. Just the two of us took off that evening. Father & son. No questions asked. ;)
Drove dad to the park in our neighbourhood and off we went. While jogging alongside with dad, I recalled the politics of male joggers written by Nury Vittachi which made my laugh out loud that left the people in park thinking that I was mad. According to him, there's 3 ultimate working principle involved in the politics of male joggers.
1. The sight of any female joggers will directly result in an increase of speed by any male joggers jogging nearby. This of course included those male joggers that are in a middle of having a massive heart attack.
2. When a male jogger overtakes a female jogger in a single file, his speed will increase tremendously. This action is involuntary.
3. Male joggers perform better in clusters as their competitiveness/egoism will boost each other. As more male joggers starts to jog together, they'll soon realised that they are no longer jogging anymore ; instead, they are all running and close to approaching the speed of light. It's actually illegal for more than 20 male jogger to go jogging together as they may curve space-time, in which eventually destroy the universe. haha ;)
The last one really cracks me up! :)
It's been a while since I last jogged with dad and to my surprise, dad still has it! Holy George Harrison, dad actually broke my lap record! "I know I'm a useless son. I am sorry dad I let you down. But waittt! Lemme have one more try!" I continued to jog and by the end of the trail, I can almost see bright lights at the end of a dark tunnel -_-
We call it a day when mom's 28th call finally got through dad's phone. She was shouting over the phone and demanded that we reached home in 5 minutes : the park itself was a 10 minute drive from home. Dad took the wheel when we adjourned back because I can't feel my legs anymore. :)
